🐾 PetLodgee Return & Refund Policy

At PetLodgee, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make your return process as smooth as possible.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).

  • Items must be free of pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

📦 Exclusions:
We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g. treats, supplements)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards or final sale items

  • Opened grooming or hygiene products (unless defective)


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and PetLodgee does not cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

Received the wrong size or color? We’re happy to help! Contact our support team to initiate an exchange. For defective or damaged items, please include clear photos in your email.


🚚 Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@petlodgee.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team.

  3. Package the item securely and ship to the address provided.

  4. Retain your return tracking number for reference.


❌ Cancellations & Order Changes

We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.
